Accrediting providers to apply for accreditation of courses as part of the Continuing Legal Professional Development Programme. This service is available to any entity that wishes to provide Accredited training to Legal Consultants in the Emirate of Dubai.

APPLICATION PROCESS
  1. Fill the application form and submit it with the required documents.
  2. The Department reviews your application and submitted documents.
  3. Application is assessed — pass mark is 80% or above.
  4. On approval, you receive an Accredited Provider Code; the list is updated on the CLPD Portal.
PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS

Accredited providers must:
  1. Submit accreditations prior to the course being run
  2. Submit a register of attendees within 30 days of course completion
